How many 1970 LS5 454 Block main caps?

How many "main caps" does a 1970 LS5 454 Block have? Besides the rear main seal cap, are there 3 or 4 more required?

1970 SS454 Hardtop LS5/M22 Cortez Silver
1970 SS454 ELKY LS5/TH400 Champagne Gold

Five TOTAL;

Rear main is machined for thrust surface bearing inserts, position 1, 2, 3, 4 hold straight-shell bearing inserts.
