Question Original 68-69 hood louvers ? Anyone !!!

I have a set of louvers, I know came off of a 68 Chevelle Hood, Just need to know if they are original or Restor. part. The #'s stamped on the back read:
3915490 R. H. C-1 and 3915489 L. H. C-2 ...Can anyone tell me???

Can check mine for you in the morning.Should be chrome with flat black painted lourves painted on the inside of the bars.

Those are definitely original GM not repo.
