Talking a/c cowl tag info please

i have a 69 chevelle ss with factory a/c.(which is pretty common right)?? is a/c listed on the cowl tag?? or only on the build sheet (which i dont have). also what is the codes for that orange and yellow color these 69 chevelles came with.thank you.....

AFAIK, the a/c code isnt on the cowl tag very often. the yellow and orange codes for paint are 72 for Monaco Orange and 76 for Daytona Yellow. The a/c code, if on the tag would be C60 I think.

RPO C60 would only be listed on Canadian tags I believe. I have tags from every plant and Oshawa is the only one that lists any options except Fremont El Caminos that list B80 and B90 moldings. There is also a Butternut Yellow (code 40) available in 69 but I'm sure you meant the Monaco Orange and Daytona Yellow Leo pointed out.

thank you guys,answered my question. hey dale i see you live in (LAWTON,OKLA.)i will be comming to lawton this weekend my daughter is getting married there.she lives in okla,city.i was stationed there twice,during my 20 year stint in the U.S.ARMY.lawton has grown alot since i was first stationed there in 1972. i bought a house on sw 69th street the last time i was stationed there .sold it.i have so many memories of sill. the local street race spot was (SURPLUS CITY). do they they still street race there??and there were two drive-in movie theaters by surplus city.boy could i go on,on,on.well let me mention one more spot and ill shutup. WAYNES DRIVE-IN.i will go to waynes when i get there.
