That looks like 49 19 but I assume its really 19 19

thanks so how can you tell it came with white SS stripes also options and if it was a big block car

You can't tell an SS by the trim tag in 70. Flint didn't use a normal build sheet either, so without a window sticker or an original engine there's no way to prove it was an SS.
