"BE" Master Cylinder

Will a "BE" master cylinder be correct for a 1971 and 1972 BBC Chevelle? The number is a 408 and the rod is "A8."
Thanks in advance

Luis,
According to my manual, BE was used on Chevelle '71-'72 disc brakes. Not sure if it was used on a BBC or not.

According to this: https://www.chevelles.com/forums/show...aster+cylinder

The "BE" is correct for BBC '71-'72 Chevelle.
