Need help decoding Rochester QuadraJet

Hi, I am new to the forum and have a questions for some of you experienced veterans. I have a NIB Rochester QuadraJet that I am trying to decode to find excactly what date it was manufactured. I have looked at serveral sources and cannot come up with the info. Attached are photos. Thanks for your help!

What you have is a GM service replacement carburetor built the 28th day of 1975, but manufactured as a replacement on a 1970 Chevrolet vehicle with a California application.

66 Chevelle

Pretty much what Doug posted, but I'm just breaking down the numbers.

70- 1966-1975
4- 1970-1975
0- 1970
5- Qjet 4-Barrel (California only)
0- Chevrolet
9- Manual Transmission

January 28th, 1975 (Date Code)
