$60 350 Engine - Now What is it, really?

I just picked up a 350 Engine for $60

Here are the numbers:
V1204CKD
L33
3970010

Heads:
333882

Intake:
14057053

What you think for a rebuild

December 4th

The heads I have are the Camel Hump 3980462 heads. You think the compression will run to high? Should I get vortec heads?

The cylinder measured at slightly under 4 inches. Does that mean it has never been rebuilt?
