Can Someone decode my steering box?

I'm thinking its still original, but I'd like to know for sure.
Here are the numbers
on the box:

34 134
Cover:
5686555
138 0

The box was cast about the 14th(134) of May, and was assembled about the 18th (138) of May. If your car was built about the first of June or so, then yes, it's the original...

I'm sure its the original one. My car was built the 5th week in May. May 29 to be exact.
