1964 Build sheet found Help

Hi all as you can see this is my first post here.I am at the Camaro site but I figured I would post this here.My friend bought a pair of 64 Chevelle bucket seats today and the build sheet was still under the drivers seat.It was from a Fremont car.It is not in the best shape but I can read most of it.Model is 5837 Color is CP Trim is 722 Trans is RC Axle is LG code but can't read the date.Serial # which I assume is the vin is 5837H103833
Frt and rear shocks are BRN Frt. springs GP rear springs BS
Engine box has a 16 in it Speedo gear box has 20 Has some nice options checked (on the ones I can see) .My question is can anyone help decode any of this and maybe the car is still out there somewhere Thanks in advance!

Quite a find for sure. Fremont was the only plant I'm aware of that used the build sheet (like later models from all plants) so you can understand not many of the broadcast codes would be known. You're correct on the VIN, a Malibu SS coupe from Fremont.
* Paint code CP is Ermine White upper with Azure Aqua lower. Fremont in 1964 was the only plant to use letters for paint and listed the upper body color first.
* Trim 722 is Metallic Medium Aqua Imitation Leather (vinyl) buckets.
* Rear axle LG is a 3.08 Positraction

Can't help with anything else. I collect documentation like this for future reference. Any chance of getting a scan of the sheet?
