1964 el camino vin tag-cowl tag

I have a 64 el camino that I just bought. could anyone help me with decoding my vin and cowl tag.

here is my info

vin45680h125147

engine # fIOI5gf

cowl tag


please help if you can

This is suppost to be a V8-4speed car. the motor has the factory 4bbr carb, muncie shifter, muncie trans, factory cut hole.

The engine is a 283 and originally had a power glide auto behind it.
