Correct. Although every 66 Impala 396/325 I have ever seen had the R code for a quad, and every 66 Chevelle 396/325 I have ever seen had the H code for a Holley. Not sure if they ever actually built either of them the other way around, although both the quad and the Holley are shown as possibilities in both the Impala and Chevelle Assembly Instruction Manuals.
