Block stamp F4114 lp

Help
I have a block that has a # C 31 70 date code
Casting number is 3963512
But on top all the numbers I have are F4114 Lp
So what kind of block is this
Itís a 4 bolt block
No numbers by oil filter

LP was the code used for 1969 427 435 horse power tri-power Corvette. Only thing, that sure as h*ll isn't a factory stamp.

Over the counter engine would have been stamped CE. I'm thinking the block was decked and whatever numbers were there are long gone. Could have been a CE or a LP or something else. No one knows now.

I've heard that some engine re builders would stamp their own codes after decking.
