Intake Manifold for heads

I have 14092360 heads and am wondering if I can get the Edelbrock RPM Air-Gap for oval ports? If not, what other alternative do I have with these ****ty heads

Re: Intake Manifold for heads

any idea of what engine you have?

Tom Terrific or Terrible Tom, depending on the phase of the moon, passing cosmic rays or other factors not fully understood except by my wife.

Sorry about that. It’s a 454 truck engine from 1978. Has a Holley 770cfm and will be putting headers soon.

Re: Intake Manifold for heads

Edelbrock used to make a Performer manifold specifically for the peanut port head. You may want to try and find one of those.

Don't knock those ****y heads, I have been [email protected] with the little ports. I ran that with a Weiand peanut port intake. Ran 11.85 with the Air Gap and ran 11.81 with a Victor Jr. knock off single plane. So yes the Air Gap will work fine.

Yup, I have an AirGap RPM manifold (7561) on my Oval port AFR equipped 427. Nice manifold.

Re: Intake Manifold for heads

Yes it will fit and work perfect but its oval port so little bigger vs peanut port.
Other options if you want peanut port on the intake are Edelbrock performer 2-0 or weiand street warrior.

Tell us more about the rest of your combination.
