1967 SS Rocker molding Question (pictures added)

Installing SS Rocker trim and want to make sure the gap from the top of the molding to the door sill is correct. Right now it's 3/16" to 1/4" just want to make sure it's right before I send it out for paint.

The rocker molding will self-locate vertically because of the lower screw tabs that attach underneath the rocker. You can't get it wrong.

Owning a Chevelle project is like having a giant-size piggy bank that you keep pouring money into....but you can't get it back out.

I installed the side clips so the lower screw tabs might not be in the right place,
