Just pulled off the body and got a cool surprise

After spending several hours inspecting the frame and drivetrain, it looks as tho everthing is original except the distributor.

trans
dated air shocks /w plumbing
springs
rear end
linkage
mufflers and pipes
flapper valves on the exhaust manifold

Not that all this stuff is in good condition, just a project that has never been messed with.

Curt,
Those pictures are gold, lots of things like they left the factory. Must been low mile car. Are the ball joints factory? (riveted) Interesting engine lift bracket on the rt. head, And the shifter brace. send more pics.

No, its the steering wheel lock for a 4sp column.

I think that would be the steering wheel reverse lock link rod.

Transmission has the correct vin and date. The ball joints are still riveted.

Its in my shop in many parts being bagged and numbered. Its suppose to be gobi beige. Hopefully on monday the frame will be down getting dipped and blasted for powder coat.
