bubbles in clear coat

I was using the waterless spray on my Chevelle and I can see a few bubbles in the clear coat, can this be buffed out or not. It was on the hood I didn't notice them anywhere else.

Most likely solvent pop, would need to be sanded then buffed. Without a good detailed pictured, who really knows, kinda like asking you, what does sevt_chevelle look like.

As mentioned earlier wet sand and then buff. If it is a bubble it will be fine. If its solvent pop the heat from buffing will make them more noticeable. If its solvent pop the entire panel needs to be addressed anyway.
