I had a Vintage Air system installed in my non-a/c '71 Chevelle. I'll answer your questions in order:

1° The only thing you need to tell them are that your car was a non-a/c car originally and also what kind of engine you have ...
2° I do have some pictures but it would be easier for me if I could e-mail them to you…
3° The kit comes with it's own controls but they look very similar to the original controls, so don't worry, it won't look "out-of-place" once installed.
