Then these tracks are probably a match to the strato buckets, as they had the "center of the back" push button lock release..... which I think started in 69?
Yes, they came with the black knobs, but I don't know if they are original knobs or not.

I'd LOVE to find those '66 chrome knobs you spoke of!
