Yes it is a multi-spark ignition.
You're right that it doesn't come out and say so but if you read the instructions on page 12 it does mention the multi-spark feature.
Also on page 16 Figure 13 -Module parameters you can see where you have the option to disable the multi-spark feature.
It is an awesome system,and once you have it programmed it is relatively easy to change parameters and timing curve.
