Ok I figured it out...with the big spring on the steering shaft, I cant get the turn signal cam to make contact with the brass "contact"..took the spring out, make contact. Now I trouble it shot the horn button down to the grounding black wire that connects to the horn button. The wire I have doesn't the the tab on it to lock it into the new steering cam thing. Where can I get a new wire?
