Same here bore .030 if standard bore block.
Used a couple of kits from Skip White in engines I assembled for friends and one I sold decent for the money all are still running one since 2010(and that one had pro Comp rods before he started using scat).
I would go with Brodix race rites 312 over Promaxx, Brodix is Us cast and all sets I used has worked great check with Mike Lewis aka wolfplace or Eric weingartner they might save you a buck on the heads recomend size 270 ovals 294 or 312 rec and Mike can pick you a cam that fits your goal.
