It's a little bigger than a bike tag.

Have a Jon Jay autographed baseball that rolled out from under a seat when a friend was test driving a car. They had no interest in baseball...so I claimed it. Car was on a dealer lot...was not letting it go back to them.

That is a NATO license plate. Went on cars that had access to NATO facilities. It is very similar to EU plates now.

That's got to be rare. I've never seen one.

When I works, I works hard.
When I sits, I sits loose.
When I thinks, I falls asleep.

I've seen a few, then again, this is the DC area. Never knew about the NATO connection though.

Re: Stuff you found in used cars you bought???

In 1997 I bought a clean '70 Caddy convertible and drove it for several months. One day I lifted up the carpet in the trunk and found an envelope with some coupons in it. While looking through them I found a hundred dollar bill and two twenties mixed in. The bills were from the '70s so I guess they had been in there for awhile....

I started this thread and it will ramp up and taper off, but if I keep it towards the top of the list people will keep posting interesting stories.
