Nicely done!

You know, you can eliminate those overhead door closures with mounted side roll-ups now....would give you a lot more ceiling room.

I have the same thing & my ceiling is scissor trussed so that helps a lot, but I am thinking about adding 4 post lifts and I was told I'd have more head room if I went with the side mounted motors. I really don't know much about them, I must admit.

They are called jackshaft openers and they work well. My cousin put two of them on his house and he likes them. They come with a lock that engages automatically when the door is closed and you can also get a backup battery for them, so that you can still open and close the door when the power is out.
