A26 Progress

JUST IN CASE any of you are within driving distance to Guthrie, OK, I THINK-----------(NO PROMISES)------------I THINK we are going to try to pull the plane out tomorrow and start and run the engines. I HOPE, I HOPE, I HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, our hanger is heated. So the engines were room temp when we pulled it out today. Both engines fired up pretty quick and we ran them up and did checks on everything. Good results.

This is the hanger we rent. It has heat and air cond, but we do NOT use the air cond (we even have it disconnected) in the summer because the elec bill is so much. The gas bill in the winter for heat is bad enough. It also has good lighting for working at night.

The hanger has plenty of room for building the plane and it is high enough for our engine crane to move around in.

Once we are flying, we want ot move (SOMEWHERE) to a smaller hanger so that we can reduce our rent.
