I had a few offline discussions with him, he was an old friend of one of my wife's cousins, who was also a used car salesman. He bought several trucks here in Houston at an auction at a steal, and when he got them to Pennsylvania, he found out they were flood cars! He was asking ME what his recourse was, I told him same as it would be in PA, none at all. Sort of a case of went to shear and came home shorn.
