my wifes last day today...................

yep the crazy old gal retired... for the 3rd time !

she has been a hard worker all her life, she had already retired from 2 other companies and today was the 3rd.

She hits 62 in January and will start collecting SS

what her future plan? take it easy ? mostly but her present company wants her to work a couple times a week to be a consultant. Looks like she can do this without screwing up SS or retirements

Im so proud of her !

You should be! And you're very fortunate to have a woman like that. Without knowing her or what her career/vocation/job has been, I'd wager that she'll be happier as a consultant than as completely retired...

Good for her!
Just keep an eye on the part time earnings so you do not get a penalty from Social Security. That problem will go away at age 65 if I recall.

We're hiring in my place if she's game for a fourth stint.
