Didn't say I didn't like the stores policy just a asking for clarification. You just assumed I didn't like the policy. You know what they say about those that assume.

I told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry & that the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again.

Horrified, she asked if I'd been poisoned and was that why I was in the hospital. I said naw.....I'd been sitting in the street licking my balls and a car hit me.

I thought the guy behind her was going to have to be carried out the door.
Love it!

I was at a store once buying stuff including peppermint schnapps and Snausages.

The cashier asked "Oh, do you have a puppy?" I replied "No. I dip the Snausages in the schnappps. They're great that way."

The looks on her face and the people behind me were priceless.

Walmart's interpretation of Homeland Security, Big Brother and "lets cover our a$$e$, just in case". I'm 70+ and still get questioned at the supermarket about my age, common sense has left America.

So I told him that I didn't know.
I don't know if he had a multiple choice option or if he had to actually type in my answer.
He finally got frustrated and typed something of his own in and then I was able to pay.
I'm probably on some kind of watch list now because I used a credit card to pay with.
A watch list, I would not lose any sleep over this, in the end who cares. Maybe Walmart is doing a customer survey because the automotive division is losing money who knows who cares. Too funny a watch list

Life is too short for caring about every bodies else's stuff

Last time I was asked when my birthday was I answered January. They oughta be smart enough to realize that I'm over 21. Well over it, I might add.

Re: Quiz at walmart check out

First, I never take out any frustrations on the people that work at these stores, they're required to do certain jobs such as checking your receipt on the way out or age verification for certain items.

It's my understanding that legally they can't stop you from leaving if you refuse to show your receipt. Unless they witnessed you shoplifting, they have no cause to search or detain you. Plus, many items today have a RFID that triggers the alarm if the system didn't register it as "paid". If you're buying an age restricted item (booze, spray paint, ammo) you're checked at the register before paying. Self check out registers stop and summon human interaction for the verification.

It's much easier to just let them look at your receipt and cart. Let them do their job. Takes a few seconds and you're on your way. They're trying to reduce theft-which we all pay for.

LOL, that's great!

I was at the home store buying two 10 foot sections of rain gutter to line the garage wall above the bench to store a single row of spray cans. Guy behind me says "I just installed gutters too." I nodded. He said "those leaf guards work well." Me: "uh-huh." Him: "no really, they do work." Me: "I've heard that." Him: "You should get them." Me: "Maybe I will". He looks at me and says "they sell them here, you should get them now before you leave. They really do work." I said "I'm putting these on my garage wall to store spray cans." He gives me this look like I'm lying my tailbone off and says "that would be a lot of cans." I said, "I know, I have a lot of cans." After I put them up and filled them with spray greases, paints, primers, cleaners and all other types of spray cans -- I still had about 20 cans left. Should have bought a third 10 footer.

His sister likes to role play, and tonight you are playing the greasy mechanic from the garage down the street, and you are using it for lube since she's drying out. You can reference the scene in Cast Away where Tom Hanks is trying to build a fire.

The liquor store was closed.

You like to huff it. It gives a way better buzz than the gold paint that they don't ask questions about.

You use it to draw phallic symbols on your neighbor's lawn.

You can turn it around on them and ask "What are you selling it for? You some shady diesel fuel supplement undercover narc?"

Last but not least, none of your goddamned business.
