I wonder how hot the brakes got on those cars.

Those cars looked like they handled really good around the corners.

Re: Great piece of driving by the cops

So what was the outcome of that way to long chase? What a waste of time and risk to just about anyone or anything that may have pulled out in front of either one.

Im glad Im not a cop as I would have ended that a whole lot quicker for the sake of public safety.

You can skip over the first 10 minutes and still get the same enjoyment.

The Golf GTI has 228 HP, the R has 288. They're lightweight. With a good driver, they're pretty fast.

Well they needed a better driver and more power in the POS, because they couldn't shake the fuzz.

Re: Great piece of driving by the cops

That chase only lasted so long for two reasons.
Whatever the Peelers were driving was no better than the VW.
And all of the genuine "Roundabout's" instead of the square cross-traffic intersections we have here in the U.S.

In the U.S the VW would have crashed in a few blocks.

At these gas prices I want it 100+ octane, leaded, and my windshield washed!
