It's that air gap intake that is the problem. Definitely a Chinese knockoff

I can't read the mfg. name under the headers but I'd call them and tell'em you want to send it back on their dime and upgrade to a BBC...Big Box Crate...that cranks

If it doesn't turn over, you might try hooking some jumper cables to the...ah....hmm....never mind....

I've had bad experience with those crate motors, they leak like a sieve, everything, oil, coolant, exhaust. And don't even try to put A/C on them.
