Slow Mower?

Is your yard to big, your riding mower too slow? Honda has a fix.

Re: Slow Mower?

I had a zero turn mower that believe it or not was too fast for me. I could mow my in half the time of the old mower but I returned it and got a slower one because while it took less time, you were all keyed up after mowing, it wasn't relaxing at all and the thing weighed so much that you had to stagger from the last mow or it would put ruts in the lawn. My new one is fast but not too fast.

Re: Slow Mower?

My thought about fast mowers, especially when I seen landscapers rush out lawns, is that when they go to quick , the tall grass being bent over from the front edge of the deck has no time to bounce back up. That leaves uneven cuts as well as where the tires flatten out the grass, it to pops back up slower, leaving a chitty job and the crew is loaded ,and gone . lol This happens more so when the cut grass while its wet. That crap wouldnt go over too well with me if I was paying someone.

Re: Slow Mower?

It's cutting grass to qualify as a lawnmower around the 28-sec mark

Re: Slow Mower?

The wife spent 6 hours on the mower yesterday, ran out of fuel or it would have been more. Still has a good 4-5 hours left to do. With that, she could be done in in a couple of minutes

Re: Slow Mower?

I do not see a beverage holder, guess they are still working on improvements. Think I will stick to my green machine for now. Pretty cool though. Just point and go and hang on for the ride !

Does it come with the driver? She could make quick work of our 5.5A yard.

I'm too attached to my 25-year old John Deere 425. no one, not even Deere, builds them like that any more.
