I remember a really overheated thread about aluminum vs. cast iron heads. Combustion heat being lost through the aluminum vs. making the heat do work.

Re: Ed got banned from the Bullet

I remember him. What an azz. Legend in his own mind. Seen him on classracer.com too, in the Stock and Super Stock section putting down racers running those classes. Might have (should have) been banned from there too. Hope so.

Re: Ed got banned from the Bullet

I've met Ed a few times over the years, always got along with him in person and online, although I wasn't a fan on how he came across online to many people. I will say this,he did have alot of good advice and the experience to back it up.
However,I certainly don't get how he could bash Mark. MJ knows his stuff and then some. That's somebody we can all learn something from if you are into drag racing and BBC performance.

Narcissists cant take competition. And its not exactly narcissism, its more of a demi-god complex.

You can have all the knowledge and experience in the world but how you decide to share it is what makes the difference.

Funny but not always true but certainly warranted in some cases I have experienced.

Re: Ed got banned from the Bullet

Do you guys remember his side kick? A young kid with a beige colored Camaro, hard to believe but he was almost more confrontational than Ed.

Didn't something bad happen to Brian or his Camaro?

Thought he might have had the syndrome.
But average wasn't good enough for him.

Re: Ed got banned from the Bullet

I remember some drawn out argument he had with another member that was an oval vs rectangle blah blah blah that went on and on for weeks, and they were supposed to meet up and race. As I recall, he lost.
