Hit and run ID

Posting from over at the Grass Roots Motorsports forum. Guy's neighbor's car got tagged and the perpetrator left some parts. Can you guys ID the vehicle from these leftovers?

Projector light says "Germany" on it and there is a witness who says SUV or minivan

No numbers on any of it apparently.

Re: Hit and run ID

So, the cops have zero interest in pursuing this? They aren't interested in seeing the parts? I must be missing something.

One time I had my daily driver keyed down the whole left side, but as luck would have it I was directly in line with the store's security camera. Cops did nothing and weren't even interested in pursuing it. I just had to pay my deductible and the low-life got away with it 100%. I could have let it eat me up inside but it was far more liberating to move on.
Everything is done under the sun (both bad & good).

I assume police reports were made, etc. This is a post on GRM that a coworker pointed me to this morning and neither of us can seem to figure it out. Knowing how many various experiences with cars everyone here has, I thought it would at least be a fun puzzle. Apparently no one got hurt, so it's a property damage thing that, as you say, the police are likely completely uninterested in depending on the location. I have no idea what the location even is.

Re: Hit and run ID

SOLVED: 07-13 Kia Rondo. Now to step back and watch the police ignore a property damage issue.
