Horn button wiring

Hey all, planning on installing a horn in my '72 Elco this weekend (original horn/wiring was removed by PO) and have some questions..

The back of the steering wheel button (pic attatched) has one male connector where it looks like one wire may have ran up to it thru the largest hole next the nut at the end of the steering column, is this correct?

If so i'm guessing the button is already grounded thru the mounting screws and I would just need to run 1 control wire from the relay up thru the column and to the connector on the button, and the other to ground, and should work?

Any insight would be much appreciated!
