This picture is in honor of a car ordered new by a friend’s father, the late Linus Howe. It is of a Canada-only ’73 Biscayne with optional B07 Police Package, Interceptor 454 (LS4), 3.42 Positraction, F41, Comfortron a/c, Deluxe Bumpers and Bumper Guards, H78-15 blackwalls, 140 mph speedo and H.D. brakes (RPO J55). This is what the O.P.P. used in ’73. I significantly modified the Bel Air picture from the brochure to produce this exact likeness of my friend’s car.
