Bought my 67 in Nov 2007 on E-Bay out of Oregon and had it shipped to me here in Canada. The night it arrived I pulled it into the garage and found that the previous owner had only put water - no anti-freeze in it. After three days of transport through the mountains in the dead of winter, you can guess what happened. The block was so frozen that the ice actually pushed the top rad hose right off the thermostat housing. I spent most of that first night removing all hoses and frost plugs to keep from cracking the block.
