Also notice the blobs of 'dum-dum' over the lower tag rivets. That sloppy mess is how numerous trim tags came from the factory on Canadian cars. If you don't see it on other examples, look for evidence of attempted cleanup and removal of the 'dum-dum'. Most people prefer a cleaned up appearance.
