This is a direct replacement for 650-800 CFM Holley carb bodies, has downleg boosters, replaceable air bleeds, and no choke. It also comes with gaskets and jets. The casting is very good, as is the machining. The finish is on par with Holley's as well, and matched that of a new Holley I compared it with. Installation was straight forward, and took about 20 minutes. Set this up with a four-corner idle with HP metering blocks, and did not try it as a 2 corner, so I cannot comment on it's operation in that mode. I am very pleased with the results from this swap. Even though this carb is a little big for my 350, it is an improvement over he 650 double pumper it replaced. Very responsive and smooth. I was skeptical about this part, but it's one of the few I've tried that actually made a NOTICEABLE difference. One down side to the part is that proform doesn't include air bleeds to tune with, but they are the same as the Holley HP bleeds and are available from Jegs and Summit. overall I rate it at 8 out of 10 and would recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to use a choke for their Holley application.
