This is a set of gaskets for use with the exterior trim pieces when repainting a car. These are for a 71 Chevelle. As you can see the repo gaskets are about half as thick as the 34 year old originals. Too thin to even seal the rear side marker lights. ALl of the gaskets in the kit were too thin compared to the originals.

Pros:
none
Cons:
wrong thickness .. almost half of oem
If the gaskets are not thick enough to seal the part, then they are useless. Checked most of the other gaskets in the kit...also too thin.

Pros:
Still looking for something that fits.
Cons:
Just started using the seal,...door handle gaskets are too big, had to be trimed. the tailite housing seals for 67 Chevelle were worthless, ended up reusing the previous seals.
