Is this just like a regular Chevelle? If not, what is the difference.

Are the tail lights and bumpers different too?

The 300 Deluxe models do not have tail light bezels with the grill across the lens either. They also do not have carpet, instead they have a rubber mat.

The 300 Deluxe is not the bottom of the line '67 model. The 300 is a cheaper model and was a real "plain Jane". The 300 Deluxe had a few more trim items than a base 300. On the exterior, the 300 Deluxe had rocker mouldings and drip rail mouldings. The interior was a little nicer. It had a dash strip with silver inset. The door panels and seats had a fancier design than the 300. Both the 300 and 300 deluxe came with rubber mats rather than carpet.
The 300 was available in either a 2 door sedan or 4 door sedan. The 300 Deluxe was offered in 4 door wagon as well.

This one pictured appears to be in nice condition.

Weird about rubber mats instead of carpeting. Like the 'work truck' of cars.

300's are fun, and annoying at the same time. They're fun that no one has the same car as you at a car show. They're not so fun when you can't find any of the right parts for them

I can't find;

Door panels, front seat, hell the entire fabric patern for the interior, rear bumper, real emblem, proper window fuzzies (I got some, they fit really half-assed), windshield wiper switch, and Im sure there is more stuff I cant find.

Can you put the bezels on the taillights of the 300?

Just an FYI...this post is 7 1/2 years old.
The last time the OP was online here on TC was 2007...

Even old information is good information.

I imagine one could put Malibu/SS396 tail lamps on a 300/300 Deluxe but but the latter didn't have the upper or lower trim piece across the cove which would make the Malibu/SS936 bezels look unfinished and there are no provisions to put the Malibu/SS396 upper trim piece on a 300/300 Deluxe trunk lid.

Note 300 Deluxe rear cove area, trim, bezels, emblems, etc.

Compared to a Malibu/SS396 rear cove...
