My turbo 350 is shifting around 5700 1/2 shift, 5000 2/3 shift. Tranny is behind a moderate 468 with 373 gears and a b&m 3000 holeshot converter. The problem is on the street part throttle upshifts occur too high at 25mph 1/2 shift and 37 mph 2/3 shift so its dropping out of 3rd as I cruise down Main Street at 25-35 mph. I've tried two new vac. modulators adjusted them only got a couple of mph drop. It was 42 mph on the 2/3 shift. Local shops don't have the weight and spring charts. Anybody have them? Where can I buy a kit for this? Any other suggestions ? Thanks

Your governor doesn't have as much effect on part throttle shifts as the modulator..
Your best bet to get part throttle shifts down is to use the spring that comes with a TransGo kit to go behind the modulator valve in the trans.
This will bring the shifts down quite a bit on a TH350. Ran into this recently.
Governor is more for WOT shift points.
