I have a 1964 chevelle malibu convertible with a factory front bench seat and four speed floor shifter. I would like to install a new, more comfortable seat with locking seat backs, and a folding center arm rest, and possibly head rests. Keeping the factory vinyl seat pattern and color is a must. I also have the factory 4-way power bench seat kit, to much to ask? any info or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I dont know how new or old you want to go, but 70-72 cutlasses and skylarks had bench seats with a center fold down arm rest, locking back, and removable head rests. I would think it would be a good fit. Newer stuff I have no idea what is what

I am not sure if the basic style of the seats changed between 1964 and later...

The bucket seats changed between 1964/1965 and 1966-1972...

So you might not be able to get matching upholstery without getting custom made seat covers... A good upholstery shop should be able to make a good match for you though...

Also some new seats on the market now... They are expensive, but they are NEW (not 30-year old pieces...)
