Default Hoosier Quicktime Pro's?

So as in other posts I am running a 33x22 MT radial. It is no surprise that they drive great but have no hope of hooking on the street.

Do any of you pro-street guys run Hoosier Quicktime Pro's? I am thinking of their 33x22 ones for when I want to have the car hook after a quick burnout.

I had the 18.5 X 31 QT pro's, they work pretty good, they didn't seem to like being heated too much, just clean them off good.

Unfortunately, I feel that unless you plan on driving around at low tire pressure as you would at the track, it will be hard to hook it no matter what.

I have the 33 x 22 quick time pros after I got rid of the MT SR Radials. I like them alot but watch out if you get caught in the rain.

They hook alot better than the SR radials.

It seems crazy that there are not a lot of choices for a sticky street tire for a tubbed car.M&T ET Streets are about the best you can do,if you want to call them streetable.Next best would be the Quick Time Pros.Regular Quick Times and Sportsman Pros are more streetable but a joke if you have big power.I'm going to try the biggest/tallest M&T DRs they make next year.I think it will be a matter of chassis tuning, but there sure are a lot of race cars going fast on those tires.
I just got rid of my 9 second C5.I ran Nitto DRs and they actually hooked ok for a real street tire.Hopefully there will be more choices in the future.
