2-Xtras are a lot better head for your cubes, IMHO. If you're open to an intake swap and want to stick with Brodix, the 3-xtras come in 3 sizes, take your pick based on intended revs.
However, you should have plenty of power to run in the low 10's with what you have. There are quite a few folks here running low 10's and high 9's with less cubes.
Suspension details will help folks here get you dialed in, but you should be running your current times with your current combo with a plug wire loose, IMHO.

With the bb-1s the motor drops off after 5700 rpm The BB-2 plus have a 320 cc runner. Do I need a 340 runner? It mostly a street car.
mph is 122. I have a rear dick miller suspension with H-R anti-roll bar

I think you can get away with a 320 runner. I ran Dart 325's on my 540. I was able to shift it at 7500. I think being that it is a street car, you are a little limited. Mine was a lot more forgiving with more converter and gear. Plus your cam is really small for that size engine. The engine needs so much air, and the only way to do it, is either a small head and giant cam, or a big head and a smaller cam. Right now you have small heads and small cam. But without changing the short block, you have a baseline to get deep into the 10's.

With the 320cc heads how much cam do I need to turn 6900-7000 rpm and still run it on the street? And who much can I get out of the bb-1s with a cam swap?

Try talking to Chris Straub. He can tell you based on all that info. He was the one telling me about how big of a cam I needed with a 325 port, compared to a 355 port.

For what is sounds like you are doing I would suggest the 332 BB3X oval which is a newer design head with the 2 rolled intake
Although it could use more the duration of your cam is not terrible but the lift really sucks
BTW when you said 106lc I assume you are talking about the intake center line & not the lobe separation angle?

If you email or PM me I will be happy to see if I can help with these or any other head choice & may be able to save you a buck or two in the process

How much power you looking to make? 320 head is going to take some cam to turn over 7000 with 540 cid, there goes the street side of your equation. Going to a larger head will reduce cam size needed but you would loose some of your "street" car snappyness.

Gee, and all these years I was running around with a set of AFR 335cc heads bolted to my "streetable" 540.
Silly me...I started out by using the Dart 325 Pro I's until the AFR's were available.
And to think I often wished I had bought the AFR 357 Magnum heads.
I believe we've had this discussion before...

I ran the 325's on mine, and that's why I bought the 355 CNC head instead of the 335. But mine is shifted at 7500 and crosses over 7600. My cam is 275/287 @.050, .788/.765.

I think for what you are looking to do, the 325 or 335 size head will be fine. Mine with 325 heads made 840 hp and went 9.30's at 141 in a 3200 lbs car.
