But on a serious note. Ham does not belong in this thread. Its inappropriate, entirely off topic, and silly.

o.k. this is a real reply to the post. most imports are fart can, stickers = h.p. types. there are a few well thought out, high craftmanship, high horsepower cars out there. check out the link below for a street race with a vw corrado with a vr6 turbo. this thing pulls like a freight train! he put 2 cars on me in a race from 60 to 140mph. i know "roll" racing is not why i built my car, but it gave me a clear indication that with technology you can be fast as hell with small displacement.
now, with that said, this guy has around $35k in his ride. he paid people to fab all his custom piping and to tune his car. i am sure there is many people on this site that have paid for services on their rides and have the same if not more in there cars. the difference here is that you will get most of that money out of your car when you sell it and his car will never be worth more than $12k. all i am saying is that his ride is very quick, and its what he likes. if it drove the rear tires it would be in the 10s easy.
the vid is from a cell phone, dont expect much. in this race i beat him by a car because he experienced a split second of "lag".
