Can anyone provide me with the info needed to breakdown my 10 bolt for powdercoating? I have never done it before and while its apart I plan on changing the gears and whatever else is needed.

You can do it easily if you don't change anything. If you change the gears then you are going to need to know how to set the pinion depth, bearing preload and backlash to get the correct contact pattern. This is done with shims and is very precise work.
