Default torque specs for 350 main and rods

OK this will sound dumb but I cant find my book and I was trying to rember the rod and main bearing torque specs for a 73 chevy 350 I also forgot what head bolt torque specs are when useing steel shim head gaskets. I do have some felpro heads gaskets the .032 ones might use those but still need to know torque specs thanks guys I did do a search on yahoo but found a lot of stuff some of witch was hard to sort for fact and fiction.
Thank You
Jeff
