Default Correct turbo 400 vacuum line routing at intake

I am restoring a 1970 SS L34/M40 car and I have a question about the proper routing of the steel vacuum line that goes from the intake to the vacuum modulator. I am not sure which port it should connect to on the intake. My car is equipped with power disc brakes, cowl induction, and A/T so it has three ports on the intake fitting. I figured the pointed end of the line was suppose to fit inside the intake fitting but when I do this the air cleaner crankcase breather elbow hits on it and won't let the air cleaner seat properly.

If someone could post a picture of the correct vacuum line orientation on the intake for a 1970 L34/M40 car that would be great. The vacuum line I am using is not the original because the original line broke at the bracket that attached it to the trans and I threw it away many years ago (DA) but I purchased a used one and it was suppose to be taken off of a 70 SS.

I looked in the assembly manual but it doesn't show a good picture. I could post a picture of mine but I am not sure how to do it.

Thanks for your help!

Mark

This is the fitting you need (Unless you have A/C too)

Does anyone have a picture of the vacuum modulator tube where it connects to the intake manifold fitting on a 70SS with cowl induction?
