is there any way to convert an old-school small block to the new ls1 firing order...i hear it makes more power than the original firing order, would this be possible or worth it for a street car? thanks for any help

I wasn't aware of a differant firing order. I would think it would take a differant crank to change the firing order.

There are several firing orders that will work with a standard order crank. All you need is a cam ground on the new order and to rearrange your plug wires. I have a list somewhere....I'll see if I can dig it up.
