Default 1000ft to 1/4 mile conversion?

anyone know if there is an accurate conversion rate like the 1/8 to 1/4 fort rack times?

i googled it and didn't come up with anything significant

Multiply x 1.2 will get you close, it seems to appear that way on my time slips anyway. 8.70 1000ft x 1.2= 10.44 1/4 mile, hope it helps you a little.
