Well I just moved to Canton (Cherokee County) and I know a lot of you guys have been mentioning shows here or in surrounding areas a good bit in the past. If any of you could give me links to show schedules or announcements I would appreciate it. Just want to make sure I know when and where they are. Thanks.

Riverstone cruise...third Saturday of the month...I-575 exit #20 (??) Riverstone Parkway. In front of Publix...no later than 5pm!!!
We'll be there almost every month.

Look for a "Ragtops and Runningboards" magazine while at the Canton cruise in, ask someone if you can't find one. They have shows advertised all over the south. I think it's $20 for a years subscription.

5 PM? lately I swear it has been full by 4! We usually get there around 3:30

They said cars are now starting to park in the lot the night before if you can believe that. Amazing though that 600+ cars almost every month and not always the same cars.

I guess Saturday the 15th barring rain I will be there, as it will be my last chance for a cruise-in this summer, surgery set for the 27th of the month and my summer will be pretty much shot till Halloween or longer.

Is the Dawsonville show today? Didn't know if it kept going this late in the year.

Most of the cruise-ins in Georgia end this month, Next Saturday will be the last Canton get tegether till next April. I went to the Cartersville one last weekend, first time there and I really really enjoyed it. There were a ton of people with and without cars. Cool setting in Downtown.

here is a site you might find comes in handy lists a bunch of these things in Georgia and Southern Tennessee http://cars-car-club.tripod.com/id4.html Note it separates shows and cruise-ins. Check the tool bar at the top to change from one to the other.

And it does say that Dalton runs THRU October so should be one today.

We're headed up to Calhoun tomorrow (Sunday) for a Show-n-Go event held at Paradise Dragway...Exit 317 off I-75, 1/2 mile west on the right.
Gates open at 10:30am...

Bill, we went last Saturday to Paradise, with more racing planned on Sunday.

FYI-Canton cruise-in is this coming weekend also, along with the Forge show in Chattanooga this Friday and Saturday.
